Brian Schutte is the owner and operator of Arendale Builder's Ltd. Brian can often be found on the job site doing hands-on work. This is what makes him great at his job - he's involved in every step. From laying foundations, framing, and placing timber beams, to door, window, and siding installation and more, Brian does it all. Brian also assembles client estimates, sources materials, and lines up trades.
Arendale Builders' business name and logo have a story behind them. The name Arendale Builders is a shout-out to Brian's late grandpa; his grandpa's farm across the border was also Arendale. The eagle in his company's logo is a tribute to Brian's roots, as the word 'arend' means eagle in dutch.
Brian lives on the beautiful Majuba Hill in Yarrow, BC.
